OVERVIEW
NPM’s Dust Extractor unit is used for controlling dust in the process of the Powder filling or Tabletting. As the impeller within the machine rotates at a high speed, a partial vacuum is created in the impeller housing and the atmospheric air is sucked from the suction port and exhausted from the exhaust port.
This vacuum aids to extract the dust during the dry syrup filling process or tablet making process. The Filter bag is provided to separate the fine particles from the absorbed air. This eliminates the chock up of the vacuum pump due to particles. If equipped with an auto pneumatic shaking option, the cylinder timely shakes the vacuum bag and hence the particles are collected in the bucket. This collecting bucket needs to be cleaned at regular intervals.
