OVERVIEW
NPM’s NASAL-150 is an automatic vertical sticker labelling machine is used for partial wrap around labelling on different sized round containers with low and medium speeds. This is a fully automated labeling machine that is manufactured with high-grade stainless steel and has a matte finish. The automatic machine is integrated with a PLC board that facilitates higher production speed.
The labelling machine is equipped with two label roll mounting devices and has very less change over parts, thus ensuring very low downtimes for change over and maintenance. The machine capable of batch labelling as well and is designed in compliance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) – an international standard for machinery design. The machine has various optional attachments that can be used to increase the functionality.
