OVERVIEW

NPM’s Automatic Gear Meter based Electronic Filling Machine works on servo assisted gear meter dosing system where the bottles are positioned at filling station with the help of pneumatic stoppers. It is compact and highly efficient machine for critical liquid products as it is suitable for all kinds of liquids and bottles like glass, plastic, Tin or Aluminum bottles. The range of dosing volumes can be pre-set through HMI and thus, assist the individual servo driven gear.
