OVERVIEW

 

NPM’s Automatic Rotary Time Pressure Filling Cum ROPP Sealing Machine is built on sturdy welded MS frame that is completely enclosed in stainless steel sheets and doors which provide qualitative machine servicing. It is is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel leg with ‘height-adjustable’ adjustment system. The main drive of the machine, conveyor drive & cap-feeding bowl consists of A/c Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive.

It commences its operation by loading the empty washed containers on the conveyor manually and convey them to the feed worm. The feed worm further creates the pitch for smooth feeding of containers to the infeed star wheel.The liquid gets filled up in the container by the infeed star wheel that is operated by PLC through solenoid valve. After filling, the star wheel brings the container below the sealing head for the subsequent indexing part. The liquid filled & capped containers are discharged to the conveyor for further processing.
