OVERVIEW

 

NPM’ semi-automatic volumetric liquid filling machine is built with precision and conviction on a sturdy welded MS frame that is completely enclosed in stainless steel sheets and doors. They are provided to facilitate the servicing of machines.

The machine works on a volumetric principle where the unit is made compact, versatile and is further enclosed in stainless steel for elegant matt finish body. The containers have to be placed manually at the platform of the machine below the filling nozzles. Here, the preset motor-operated syringes fill the defined volume into the container. To avoid the liquid spill, a bottle guide is provided that aids in centering the container below nozzles. The fill size can be quickly set, thus, offering ease in operation.
